Dedicated to the memory of Robert Hutchison
Robert, died peacefully at home on 22nd September 2017 after a short illness, aged 76. Former member of Winchester City Council and founder of both Winchester Action on Climate Change (WinACC) and the Winchester Poetry Festival. He will be much missed by his family and many friends.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Robert's death, and can only wish Liz and her family our kindest thoughts. Robert's sheer energy, goodwill and optimism was an inspiration to us over many years, near or far. Thank you, Robert.
